In accordance with Ordinance No. 1161, the Borough of Barrington maintains a registry of foreclosed and vacant properties.
Effective August 10, 2023, foreclosed and vacant properties are to be registered with the borough directly.
The annual fee to register a property in foreclosure is $500.00 plus an additional fee of $2000.00 if the property is vacant. Checks are made payable to the Borough of Barrington.
